At Stark Ridge Paper, we believe our people are our most valuable asset, and their welfare is our first priority. To this end, we provide compensation & benefits that match or exceed the standards of other paper plants (of comparable scale).
Residential Facilities
Out of our 400 employees, 150 employees currently live in the residential facility within the plant premises, and 250 are locals who commute from nearby areas. We provide transportation for local employees who have to commute from further away.
Dining
The residential facility includes a canteen where all our staff enjoy healthy, wholesome meals.
Recreation
We also have a recreation area and a sports ground where we host inter-departmental sports & games matches (cricket, barminton, carrom, chess)
Healthcare
Stark Ridge Paper runs a dispensary where all our staff, as well as other local residents, can avail free doctor consultations & medicines every week.
