The choices we made about materials & technology weren’t driven by what was ‘standard’, but by what would yield the best outcomes for our clients, our business & the planet.
Our paper is FSC Certified 100% Recycled. No virgin fibre consumption, no deforestation, just old corrugated cartons (pre and post consumer), kraft paper sacks, etc. from domestic and international sources. Material that already exists and would otherwise go to landfills.
Our effluent treatment plant, built by Paques Intl., Netherlands, cleans waste water in a closed loop, making us a Zero Liquid Discharge plant. The process removes odour-causing impurities, which in turn makes the paper odourless, as certified by SGS, and suitable for packaging for exports, as well as food-adjacent & pharmaceutical applications.
We make our core pipes on-site using our own kraft paper. This reduces procurement costs, and dependence on external vendors, while increasing skill training & job opportunities for local youth.
Our process is calibrated to produce kraft paper that meets European quality benchmarks. Every batch is tested at our on-site R&D facility before it leaves the plant.
Our highly advanced Rewinding system ensures every reel is very tightly wound, for better runability in high-speed machines, without tearing or wrinkling. Any accidental tears are joined using paper tape instead of BOPP tapes, making them virtually ‘jointless’, allowing for continuous running in corrugation units.The paper is not glued to the core pipe, so the reel can be used all the way to the end, with no wastage.
All our reels are shrink-wrapped to make them airtight & watertight. This keeps them protected against extreme weather conditions, dirt & moisture, in transit & storage, so they arrive safely & remain in good condition till you need them. No damage, no wastage, and no degradation of the paper’s properties.
Our plant is strategically located close to major highways, rail routes and ports allowing us to deliver goods to you quickly. This allows you to order goods as needed, and relieves you from maintaining a large, expensive inventory.
