Pulp Section

Parason Machinery

The pulp section in a paper plant is the place where the wastepaper collected from various sources is mixed with water and cleaned through various equipments to obtain the useful fibres for paper
making.

Key Equipment

3-Stage Centricleaning: Centicleaning is a process through which the unwanted materials from the initial pulp are separated from the useful fibre. At Stark Ridge, this cleaning is done in three stages in order to completely rid the pulp from undesirable materials before it is fed into the paper machine.

Fractionator: Fractionator is an equipment that is used to separate the long fibres from short fibres. These contribute to separate strength properties to the paper.

Hot Disperser: Hot Disperser is used to minimize the speck level in the paper as well as to maintain a certain consistency of fibre length in the pulp.
